National Treatment
Definition:
A work originating in one of the member country must be given at least the same level of protection in each member country as that country gives to works created by its own citizens.
PrinTEAS
Definition:
A former feature of the USPTO's electronic filing system that allowed applicants to complete a trademark application on-line, and then print it out for mailing to the USPTO.
Canceled
Definition:

Madrid Protocol
Definition:
Is an international treaty that allows a trademark owner to seek registration in any of the countries that have joined the Madrid Protocol by filing a single application, called an international application.
Ordinary Skill in the Art
Definition:
That level of technical knowledge, experience, and expertise possessed by the run-of-the-mill or ordinary engineer, scientist, or designer in the technology that is relevant to the invention.
